Who we are

LinquaCert is a Swiss certification authority and a specialized service provider for ISO certification in accordance with the internationally recognized standards ISO 17100, ISO 18587, and ISO 9001.
LinquaCert as a company is an independent Swiss cooperative with headquarters in Zürich (Switzerland) and therefore your ideal partner. Our company was registered with the Commercial Registry Office on 11/12/2003. As required, we are certified as an accreditation body with ISO/IEC Norm 17021.
We have a partnership with TÜV Süd for the certification of ISO 9001 together with our own auditors; we can also carry out additional audits upon request.

Our website serves to give you an overview of the services we provide. This, however, is not substitute for an audit consultation. If you’re interested in certification with ISO 17100 or 18587, we recommend you get in contact with us using our contact form, email, or by telephone.
We’ll respond directly and give you a non-binding estimate for certification.

Feedback is important to us
Close contact with our clients is core to our principles, whether it’s the first communication or conversations during the certification process. Feedback is important to us and a significant component of our own company quality management.

If you have any suggestions, you can always contact our sales department. As an ISO-17021 certified enterprise, we ensure that every communication that comes in is processed and answered in a standardized process. Should a disagreement arise, we will make every effort to find a solution that’s good for both parties and above all client-focussed. A long-term working relationship is more important to us than short-term success in the court.

As a Swiss company, we are subject to the trade laws of Switzerland as well as agreements with other countries and trade regions.
Under the leadership of Markus Kukla, our certification authority is at your disposal in questions of audits and certificates. It also functions as an independent unit in the auditing process and ensures that a neutral body evaluates the certifications.
