This is what an ISO certificate looks like
Our certificates, of course, meet ISO requirements for issuing such documents. They follow a standard format that presents all key information on a single page, allowing your customers to see at a glance which areas of your business are covered by the certification.

The certification number comes next. It is assigned exclusively by us and is unique to your company and the certification obtained.
Our address and your company logo are prominently displayed on the certificate so your customers can quickly recognize them.

The Scope is particularly important: it explains what the certification covers. In most cases, this includes specialized translations in fields such as technology, medicine/pharma, business/finance, administration, law, marketing, or IT. The scope is defined based on your specific areas of expertise that were audited as part of the certification.
The Certification Standard, followed by the year in which the applied version was issued. The current version is ISO 17100:2015.
The Audit Report Number also ensures transparency: it refers to the internal report that forms the basis for issuing the certificate for translation services. It can be identified and reviewed upon request using this number.
The QR Code is used for electronic authentication and links to a digital version of the certificate. The issue date and validity period indicate the timeframe during which the certificate can be used.
The Certification Logo can be used as a marketing tool within its period of validity as part of your promotional activities. It clearly indicates that you are certified and according to which ISO standards.
The certificate is reissued after each audit. Once it expires, a new audit and issuance take place. The limited validity ensures that the assessed processes continue to be applied and that the quality standard is maintained even after several years.
