17021-1:2015<\/strong> \u2013 Exigences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1498\" data-start=\"1286\"><strong data-end=\"1370\" data-start=\"1288\">ISO\/IEC 17021-2 \/ -3 \/ Sp\u00e9cifications techniques 17021-4, -5, -6, -7, -9, -10<\/strong> \u2013 exigences de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques (par exemple pour les syst\u00e8mes de management environnemental ou de la qualit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-end=\"1543\" data-start=\"1505\">Pour qui la norme ISO\/IEC 17021 est-elle pertinente ?<\/h2>\n<p data-end=\"1586\" data-start=\"1545\">La norme s'adresse en data-start=\"2095\">Exigences fondamentales de l'ISO\/IEC 17021<\/h2>\n<p data-end=\"2277\" data-start=\"2140\">La norme se compose d'une s\u00e9rie d'exigences qui visent toutes \u00e0, <a href=\"https:\/\/linquacert.com\/fr\/aktuelle-zertifikate\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\"><strong data-end=\"2264\" data-start=\"2218\">Confiance dans les certificats d\u00e9livr\u00e9s<\/strong> <\/a>de cr\u00e9er.<\/p>\n<h3 data-end=\"2309\" data-start=\"2279\">1. comp\u00e9tence des auditeurs<\/h3>\n<p data-end=\"2341\" data-start=\"2311\">Les organismes de disposent,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"2551\" data-start=\"2468\">\n<p data-end=\"2551\" data-start=\"2470\">d\u00e9montrer des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 un secteur (par exemple, industrie, informatique, services),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"2600\" data-start=\"2552\">\n<p data-end=\"2600\" data-start=\"2554\">Auditeurs r\u00e9guliers <strong data-end=\"2599\" data-start=\"2866\">\n<li data-end=\"3013\" data-start=\"2866\">\n<p data-end=\"3013\" data-start=\"2868\">L'organisme de certification peut <strong data-end=\"2917\" data-start=\"2899\">pas de conseil<\/strong> pour le syst\u00e8me de gestion qu'elle certifie, afin d'\u00e9viter tout conflit d'int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"3144\" data-start=\"3014\">\n<p data-end=\"3144\" data-start=\"3016\">Les analyses de risques doivent garantir que <strong data-end=\"3088\" data-start=\"3058\">int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques<\/strong> n'influencent pas les d\u00e9cisions de certification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"3292\" data-start=\"3145\">\n<p data-end=\"3292\" data-start=\"3147\">Il faut une documentation <strong data-end=\"3205\" data-start=\"3177\">Politique d'impartialit\u00e9<\/strong> et souvent un comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de les superviser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-end=\"3330\" data-start=\"3299\">3. coh\u00e9rence des proc\u00e9dures<\/h3>\n<p data-end=\"3443\" data-start=\"3332\">Pour s'assurer qu'un certificat a autant de \u201evaleur\u201c dans un pays A que dans un pays B, la norme ISO\/CEI 17021 exige que les certificats soient performances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cela permet de s'assurer que l'autorit\u00e9 de certification ne se contente pas de v\u00e9rifier d'autres <strong data-end=\"4270\" data-start=\"4234\">se
