At the center of the structure of a company like ours, which carries out certifications, is the Certification Body. It must be integrated into the organization at a very specific point to guarantee the highest possible transparency and independence. This position is located between the management and the other organizational areas. <\/p>\n
While the company management deals with strategic and financial matters, the focus of the Certification Body is on the review of certificates and audits. The head of this body should take a neutral position. The main task is quality assurance. It ensures that the described processes are followed in accordance with ISO 17021. <\/p>\n
The Certification Body is superior to the auditors and other units of a company in the area of management system certification. It is accountable only to the management. <\/p>\n

ISO 17021 requires that the tasks, competencies, and areas of responsibility of the Certification Body are precisely defined and documented. We can demonstrate at any time which authorities are assigned to which positions and how they are integrated into the certification processes.<\/p>\n
Each certification of a translation service provider by us follows a defined procedure that is ISO-compliant. LinquaCert's internal structure is organised according to these standards. <\/p>\n
Our process model clearly illustrates the internal processes involved in a certification procedure. Each step is documented there, and in the procedure itself it must be proven that this process step has also been completed.
